With a Phd in Anthropology, I became interested in WWII as a “total phenomena” and devoutly explored the strategical, human, topographical elements of it.
I settled in Normandy 10 years ago and started conducting interviews with local elderly people, collecting their moving memories of WWII. Having renovated and opened three guesthouses at Le Clos de Blisse, I naturally felt like sharing my passion through guided tours.
I’ll be delighted to guide you around the 9380 graves sharing stories of the great American Cemetery and introduce you to Omaha Beach and how it came to be “Bloody Omaha”.

The Normandy American Cemetery is open to the public all year round from 9am to 5pm. From mid-April until mid-September it closes at 6pm.
